全球陆标特征参量(GLASS)产品数据使用申明

  全球陆表特征参量产品(Global Land Surface Satellite Product,简称GLASS)包括叶面积指数、短波反照率、长波发射率、下行短波辐射和光合有效辐射5种卫星遥感高级产品。该产品由北京师范大学全球变化数据处理分析中心生产,著作权归北京师范大学全球变化数据处理分析中心所有。授权北京师范大学全球变化数据处理分析中心通过全球陆表特征参数产品分发系统、美国马里兰大学通过Global Land Cover Facility平台共同发布,免费提供给全球政府组织、科研机构和公众进行科研与学习。

 为保护本数据著作权人的著作权,我们要求数据用户必须严格遵守以下使用条款:

 第一条:GLASS产品著作权人为北京师范大学全球变化数据处理与分析中心。

 第二条:GLASS产品只限用于科学研究、非商业行为的学术活动等,不得用于任何以盈利为目的活动。

 第三条:未经著作权人书面许可,GLASS产品使用者不得以任何形式向第三方转让或提供通过各种途径获取的本数据。

 第四条:用户在使用GLASS数据的基础上产出的研究成果(包括公开发表的论文、论著、数据产品和未公开发表的研究报告、数据产品、系统开发等),应在相关成果的显著位置明确注明GLASS数据来源。

 第五条:对于任何违反上述条款的行为,北京师范大学全球变化数据处理与分析中心保留追究的权利。
